I'm looking for advice or tips from all you lovely skilled runners!!! I'm looking to loose weight and I would really love to start jogging/running to help me with my goals. I was just wondering if anyone had any advice for someone that's a bit over weight looking to start out!!! Thanks everyone :) :)

I found the couch to 5k program really helps ease you into endurance running.
I find that to keep motivated while exercising is to allow flexibility. It recommends 3 times a week 30mins each time which I felt was really easy to incorporate into my schedule. You can repeat weeks if you need to. I even did some days without a rest day inbetween because I felt like I could.
