Anyone suffer from Agoraphobia? Mine developed as a side result of anxiety and at the moment I can't leave the house if I'm alone. With my husband, maybe three times a week depending on my stress levels. Just wondering if any of you ladies have the same thing?

I have agoraphobia.
If you are that bad, it's time to talk to your doctor, not us.

I do not suffer from this, but have a family member who did. They improved by seeing family doctor frequently, getting involved with a therapist and going out a little every few days(at first) on brief outings with a friend or family member. They've been doing very well now for about 8 years and at times still struggle with it, especially during stressful times. Please get the help you need and deserve and know that this CAN be managed. It's difficult to be sure, but definitely something you can improve the symptoms of over time. Best of luck to you. Maybe try to google agoraphobia support groups in your community and city.
