Well I was vegetarian 5 years ago for a few years, but once I moved out of home I forgot to maintain all the good stuff and got a bit sick. So started eating meat, but have now been vegetarian for over a year.
Can I ask, do you eat eggs? And do you take an iron supplement?

I do eat eggs, but I'm trying to cut back on how many I eat because I eventually plan to go vegan. I recently discovered this amazing almond milk that tastes like real milk so I don't drink much of that anymore.
I do take an iron supplement, but I also make sure to eat stuff with a lot of iron in it - beans, spinach, tofu, etc.

I eat eggs too. I find that if I have eggs on toast with a side of spinach, Ive already eaten half my daily iron requirement! At first I didnt like it, but if you mix a bit of Virgin olive oil and garlic salt with it its yummy.
Can i ask why you chose to be vegetarian? x

Yeah I love spinach
the virgin olive oil/garlic salt combo with it sounds yummy! I'll have to give it a try
I became vegetarian mostly for ethical reasons when I was 15
why'd you become one?

Well I figure the less you can get iron and all the good stuff naturally from foods without having to take a supplement, the better!
I first became one after doing a project in high school for something your passionate about - animal cruelty. Wow did that open my eyes up! Have always been an animal lover, but I simply just cant justify consuming meat anymore. Plus ive never felt better and healthier!
So great to hear other people feel the same :)
