Have any chick's tried the new atkins diet? I'm in phase 1 (of 4) and find it really easy but sort of boring lol well I guess dieting is boring. But in my first 2 weeks I've lost 4 pounds and 2 inches off my hips and thighs with no additional exercise! ^_^ if anyone's been on or curently is on the diet any good tips? Or recipes to spice it up a bit. :)

Never been on Atkins. I just try to eat healthy and exercise self control. I'm not really good at following regimented diet plans.

If you're looking for tips or guidance on exercises I would suggest Blogilates channel on YouTube. Cassie is super motivating and she just rocks. She make the work outs hard but at the same time fun.

Je n'ai jamais essayé cela. Je ne crois pas au régime strict. Il faut juste de la discipline, manger plus sainement et faire de l'exercice selon moi. Mais, bonne chance pour toi dans ton expérience.

I tried the Atkins diet a few years back and lost 30 pounds!
