I was wondering if anyone here has tried the Bikini Body Guide by Kayla Itsines? I'm looking to start some kind of regimen after being hospitalized for a month and having a tennis ball size amount of muscle cut out of my stomach. I'm a lot weaker than I used to be and I'd like to try to at least get to the point where I don't limp when I walk because I lack core strength. This program seems like a good start. I have the p90x program which is great, but way too intense for me right now. I was hoping some people here have tried the BBG and can give me some honest feedback. Their before and after photos on the website look awesome, but we all know how those can be photoshopped.
