This can be caused sometimes by just brushing too hard, also it could be a vitamin deficiency of vitamins C and K, and not to alarm; gingivitis, or another health problem.Good sources of vitamin C are broccoli, tomatoes, potatoes etc. for vitamin K olive oil, spinach etc.If in doubt or worried check it out .Actually flossing is a valuable asset (but not too hard) I mention flossing simply because there are so many people that actually do not floss.

I think flossing is so important, because when you don't floss your gums become inflamed so they bleed and if not treated you can end up with Periodontal Disease and end up losing teeth

Mine Bleeds sometimes but,I blame it on too rough with the Floss. It is hard on the Gums anyway ,but good for your Teeth.Maybe I can be a bit more gentle.

It might be from not brushing enough or too hard or flossing too hard?

Ur gums hurt so much try using mouth wash more often & brush with a soft brush. Also think about what u eat often or before bed..
Ex acid filled foods won't help

I've heard that more often than not, it's gingivitis. I used a mouth rinse (prescription) that took care of it immediately. After finishing my first bottle, my gums haven't bled since. Ask your dentist!
