I need your help!! I've been having terrible bloating!! What helps??

Did you try ginger, it helps with stomach problems usually. If it keeps up, see your doc for some remedies!

Probably not the answer you're looking for, but I went vegan for 6 months and I had like 0 bloat.. I found that cutting out dairy and meat did so much for me..

Something that is less extreme though that I know works, is monitoring your salt intake. Also drinking plenty water.

I'm doing a "Meatless May" as part of my goal setting for the year... we'll see how that goes! I'm already lactose intolerant!

I find a cup of boiled water with a slice of lemon and a teaspoon of real honey will helps take my bloating down. I usually have a few cups.
