Hi! I am 36 weeks pregnant with baby #2 (a girl!!) and am planning on breastfeeding this time...my son wasn't able to due to a tongue tie :( so I was looking for some breastfeeding tips to get us through those first complicated weeks of adjustment. Also any breastfeeding diet ideas would be great too! Thanks :)

I would say be patient and don't be discouraged. Take it one feeding at a time.
It takes me at least 3 days before having my lactogenesis, and 3 weeks before my baby was able to breastfeed correctly.
Don't be shy to ask for help, there's a lot of organisation that can help you if you need it, you can call or someone can go at your place.
Good luck and enjoy the moment with your little angel.

I've been doing LOTS of reading, research and even went to a Breastfeeding prep class but I find it's always better to hear from other mothers and real stories.

I watched a lot of video too but the reality is often very different!
It took me at least 3 months to be very comfortable with breastfeeding so... don't give up ;)
