Wash your hands after getting home from activities.
Avoid touching your food or your face with your hands, human hands are filthy.
Wipe down the public areas of your house with a wet clean rag after you have guests
Eat a balanced diet, Drink lots of water
Get regular activity and sunlight.
I also avoid anything antibacterial since germs build an immunity to it over time
I have 4 kids , 2 of which are in public school. They have been sick maybe 2x each this past year, but my 2 youngest that stay at home have only had brief coughs that are gone in 3 to 4 days but it doesn't disrupt their lives what so ever.
Me and my husband haven't gotten sick enough to stay at home from work once this year.

|individual hand towels on Sep 19, 2014 @ 10:25 pm|
the best remedy for keeping the dreaded cold and flu is having individual hand towels in the bathroom. Each family member uses there own individual towel and after one use. Having five children I found it definitely helped.
