Are any of you true vegetarians? Myself I do like meat but am rethinking my options.Could we be truly healthy without meat do you think?

I'm not a vegetarian myself, but my friend is and she's pretty healthy (not any more or less than my meat-eating friends). The only thing is she works very hard to ensure her body is getting all the nutrients it needs because she doesn't eat meat, and it is something you need to keep in mind of you decide to go down this path. The best is to go see a nutritionist or at least your family doctor first before making any drastic changes to your diet.
Everything is about balance. You need to learn and understand what works for your body. Some people can cut out meat entirely and be fine. Some people only eat small portions of meat. Some people don't eat red meat at all. Some people only eat red meat. Some people have all sorts of meat with every single meal. Etc.

I hate meat. I will only eat chicken pretty much but preparing it grosses me out so much. I love veggies!

Beef,chicken,fish,turkey,pork.. Your body needs everything in moderation.
