 It's been a while now, but I really haven't been feeling very good about myself. I have been having issues with self-esteem and the way I look. I had the baby, my third, and I never really lost the weight or I think I have even put on a few pounds.   I decided   To take the initiative to change it. I used to do weight watchers   So I know how their system works. The last three days I have been counting my points. Does anybody else here use the old system and are dieting?   I am just looking for support. Does anybody have any advice to help speed up the process of losing weight?  I just want to feel like my old self again. I want to be happy with the way I look.   I really hate the way I look right now.

I have never tried dieting, but I know a site that has recipes using a points system sort of like weight watchers over here: http://www.skinnytaste.com/.

I feel you. I'm in the same boat. I've downloaded fitness pal and am using it to count calories. Trying to get more regular exercise as well and get in little bursts with the kids when I can. It is tough and I really want to lose some weight. No advice but I understand how you feel. We need to remind ourselves that we are perfect as we are and just to try our best. I know the weight will eventually come off for both of us. We just need to be patient and kind to ourselves.

You're right. I am not really kind to myself like I should be. I am starting the treadmill tonight. Three days a week for exercise. It's the best that I can do because I can't go out for walks by myself Without a cited guide. It sucks but I am trying something. The wait seriously has to come off.

I am going back to Weight Watchers some time soon. I'm interested to learn about their new system. I hurt my knee pretty badly about a month ago (still waiting for MRI) so my exercise has been very limited.
When I was able to get around, one of my favourite things to do was to get out my Wii and play Wii Sports (you'd be amazed at how much you sweat with the tennis and boxing!) or Wii Just Dance. I'm sure I look a complete fool trying to get the moves down pat...but no one sees except for me. And it's FUN!!

I used to do wii fit but since I lost a little bit more of my vision, I use my iPhone unlocked. Does anybody know any good fitness Apps that are similar to Wii fit? Like the running game or the hula hoop?

Day 3 done and omg I am feeling hungry. The first week or is so hard. Can't wait till I start feeling more full once my stomach shrinks;(
