I'm fat and everyone thinks I'm stuffing my face anyway, so I Pretty much do what I want.
I suffer from ARFID/SED which makes eating difficult though, so people are always surprised that I'm big, but eat so little.
I don't really have any respect for body policing, or what society/others tell you that you must look like. Any sensible person can see the diet industry pulling the strings, IMO.
That's a bit harsh, probably, but I fully believe the focus should be on people doing what they can to live a healthier, HAPPIER, life, rather than following a set of rules. After all, nobody lives forever and a large portion of it is luck.

I completely agree with you. As long as your healthy and living nobody should say that big isn't beautiful. People need to enjoy life instead of always worrying about what they eat or what they think they should do because society says so.

sorry that you're suffering from ARFID/SED but,I really think it's just our nature to be big or small no matter what we eat some people can eat what they want and not put on any weight and some can just have a small amount of food and put on weight it;s just the way we're

I eat all day long. But I have hard boiled eggs, veggies, fruit, nuts, and salads during the day (yay desk job), usually have a homemade oatmeal pack first thing for breakfast, and dinner is generally healthy (I really love crock pot meals that don't have preservatives in them - easy to prepare ahead of time).
BUT, I'm also not going to deny myself a pint of beer, wings & beer, or poutine when the craving comes.
I work out hard enough and like an 80/20 rule (80 good, 20 whatever food).
When we cycle in the spring/summer, I have troubles eating enough calories as is.
I love eating, and wouldn't deny myself food.

I eat everything in moderation and exercise daily.

I should mention I do think exercise is important, just because it has proven scientific benefits whether you're big or small. But lots of studies show that gentle exercise is beneficial too. My main thing is 'do what you can'!

I do watch what I eat. I have never been a thin thin girl and to be honest I don't need to be. I'm 40 now and I'm comfortable in my own skin but I do like to watch it as I want to be healthy and still feel good about myself as well. To me looking good is an attitude. No matter what size you are you can look good and feel good as long as you are healthy and happy.
