Forget The Chhese

Tis the season, weather is getting colder and mice and moles are looking for warm shelter. I don't use cheese or traps. All I do is save used tea bags, slit them open and distribute around cracks and fissures Voila, they don't venture in. They can't stand the smell of tea.

Mice ewww..... on Nov 16, 2015 @ 08:58 pm

Mice ewwwww, but to deter them I use essential oils dilute in a spray bottle and spray on, but first thing, do not put enticing food there in the first place, my bad habit is to bring snacks that I did bring to the bedside to eat, I shouldn't do that anymore!

Great tip! I didn't know that tea bags could work for preventing this and it's nice to have a natural solution to prevent them from entering the home.

Thanks for the tip! I've never had mice before. I do have three cats though, so I'd hope the mice would be smart enough to stay away!
