A lot of us are developing gluten sensitivities.
What are everyone's favourite GF foods?
For pasta I love GoGo Quinoa macaroni.
Those are just a few things...I love hearing what others are finding

My brother thought he was gluten sensitive and went to a GI specialist. She told him a specific blood test and stomach biopsy are the only way to truly diagnose gluten allergy. She said that often gluten allergy is not a correct diagnosis but that people are actually sensitive to a specific type of sugar found only in GMO wheat and products made with this wheat. It is not digested easily by the GI system. She told him to stay away from beer and fermented wheat/grain drinks as they are higher in this sugar, I just can't remember the name. She said also to buy organic wheat and wheat products as they don't contain this sugar. It's weird. Anyway, his biopsy showed that he is not gluten sensitive or allergic but that eating GMO wheat products and this sugar is his issue. Since going organic with wheat, he has noticed a huge improvement.

I don't actually buy a whole lot of "Gluten Free" labelled products - as I prefer to eat a high protein - low carb style and many gluten free items made with rice and corn flour are very high is carbs, sugar and cals. That being said sometimes you just have a craving for pasta or bread - lol! Here's a few I buy on a regular basis:
Udi's Gluten Free Tortilla's and Hamburger Buns
Promise Chia Seed Loaf
Sassabato's Gluten Free Cheese Pizza (Costco)
Barilla Gluten Free Penne
RW Garcia Sweet Potato Crackers (Costco)
Cloud Nine Specialty Baking Mix (Costco) and you can use it cup for cup as a replacement for conventional wheat flour
