I follow a Gluten Free diet. I was having severe tummy issues and bad diarrhea. A week later of following a GF diet my symptoms lessened and i have been GF for almost 5 years.

But I work with a few ladies who have gluten free diets and kudos to you people out there. It takes a lot of planning!

When i first started i STRUGGLED ...bread was my #1 comfort food.
I have just learned that if i am going out to eat to call ahead to see if the place we are going to has GF options. There are so many more choices than when i first started. I have also learned that most GF pre packaged foods are sometimes an acquired taste (aka NASTY) so i try and avoid them and just make my own.
I am not to the point where I use GF products fully (hair care, makeup ect) just the foods i eat and it has made my tummy so much more happier.
If anyone is looking for a place for good GF recipes http://www.gfrecipes.ca/
is my go to.

My friend had seen a nurapath who took her blood and told her she was sensitive to certain items. The big ones were Gluten and Dairy. She went on this diet and she said her skin has never been better (She has really really really bad eczema). My daughter and I also struggle with eczema so I thought I would try eliminating these things from our diet and see what happens. It has only been a couple weeks so still in the process of figuring out what we like and don't like. So far we all feel great less bloated feeling more energy surprisingly. No differences in skin yet.
