Just curious If any one watches Dr. Oz and if so, Have you every Tried his green drink ( Ginger root, Celery, Parsley, Limes and lemons, Cucumber I believe that's it, But if so Do you like it and Have you felt more "healthier' since trying it?, Just curious I was thinking of making it but wanted to see if anyone has ever tried it first?

Hi, I haven't tried the exact juice you're referring to it, but I have tried a similar one from Organic Avenue with kale, spinach, lemon, ginger, celery, pears, etc. I don't think green juices should replace any meals, but they are a great way to get in your daily veggies if you aren't a fan of eating them. In terms of the taste, I like it because I love veggies in general, but you can actually adjust the ingredients to your liking. For example, a little less lemon or celery will give it less of that sour taste, and you can adjust the spiciness with the ginger. I don't know if I feel any healthier, but that may be because I do eat a lot of vegetables in general. I have definitely heard, though, that you feel more energized after drinking green juices. I am too lazy to juice on my own but I love green powders (greens plus from genuine health, green magma, barleans greens etc). You can get them at health food stores. I have so much more energy, I feel better, think clear, my skin looks great... there are so many benefits to drinking them.
