Hormones

After I quit breastfeeding about 8 months ago, I've been getting dark hairs on my chin. And not just a few. I need to wax them about every 10-14 days. Been to the doctor for blood tests but my hormone levels were normal?! She said to wait and come back in in a few months to do another blood test but offered no other explanation. Anyone else experience this? Another girlfriend of mine has but nothing showed up on her blood work either?

Did your cousin ever find they went away or get any other sort of explanation?

I've actually heard this could be common after giving birth. I guess since your hormones are trying to get back to their normal state, it's making the hairs grow. Hair on your chin area should be linked to your reproductive system.

Yeah, I guess it must be related to my reproductive system. It's just frustrating. I suppose I'm off to do a Google search!
