First thing I have to do when I get up in the morning is,take medication for the two Discs out in my back,then after maybe a hour and half I can move a bit to do my housework.Maybe you seen it on TV but I got one of those Back To Life machines that I use in the mornings to loosen my back so I can get moving.I would give anything to be able to get up early and go to a Gym.I wish I could
exercise early in the mornings like that.Enjoy your workouts maariieev.

after my workouts I have a protein shake and if I'm going to work I definitely have to take a shower haha
