What I do is make a large cup of green tea with honey and then start watching cute animal videos. They cheer me right up.

It depends on my mood of self care. My healthy stream of self-care is that I do 45 minutes of intense cardio, some weight lifting while listening to EDM. Then I go home to eat dinner and for dessert some dark chocolate. Chat with my family or my friends then call it a night. :)
Other nights it involves a bottle of wine. ;)

The best way for me to wind down is first.. Snuggling with my cats ^_^ ,a nice quiet hot bath.. sometimes i turn the lights off and light a few candles. A hot tea and lay on the couch in the dark and watch a movie or sometimes some music too.
