I am no longer a vegetarian but don't find myself craving or wanting to eat meat too often. I have nothing against eating meat but generally gravitate towards non meat foods. Because of that, I only eat meat once or twice a week ... in very small quantities. If you are NOT a vegetarian, how often do you eat meat?

I eat meat twice a week. I prefer fish, tofu and legumes. My favorite is sprouted lentils

I eat meat with almost every dinner. Breakfast and lunch are generally meat free but dinner always has some sort of meat.

About 3 days a week. I don't eat as much as I used to but I don't think I could ever go fully vegetarian.

I eat meat at least once a day. I do want to change that though and have at least one meatless day once a week.

It all depends on what we have for dinner!

I can't eat meat anymore. I'm so compassionate towards animals that it's just not possible for me. I'd love to be vegan, but with my ARFID, if I stopped eating cheese I might die, haha. Maybe someday.
