How often do YOU work out?

I like to work out at least 4-5 times per week! :) Keeping healthy and fit keeps me happy.

How about you girls?

I try to workout at least 3-4 times a week or more when i can. it is very important for me to be healthy. i walk a lot. i take the stairs whenever i can.

currently 4times, cant wait for spring to kick in, then running daily! I love that energy level after workouts!

I have been doing "The Shred" with Jillian Michaels for two months with my husband and we love it and it gets results! I haven't seen my 'abs' for 13 years! We work out about 5 times a week - it is a 20 min workout done at home, but really works. Watch it on youtube. We take our dog for a walk as well each day.

I work and my job is pretty physical but I try to do toning exercise at least 4 times a week and I do my stairs up and down to get my heart rate up. Great post.

I’ve been into fitness my whole life. I workout every single day. I like to run, enjoy kickboxing and boxing,
lift weights and look forward to my Jillian Michaels and P90X workouts. Being fit and eating healthy is a way of life
for me and I would feel out of sorts if I couldn’t get a good workout into my
day. I also enjoy taking dance classes
and participating in outdoor activities such as biking and hiking with my
kids.

I usually work out 4-5 times a week alternating between toning exercises and cardio. I'm currently into HIIT workouts and FitnessBlender on Youtube.

Fitness - something that will never go out of style. When it's nice enough to run outside I will run 5-6 days a week, 25 km per week, and try to cycle through a weight lifting rotation 3-4 days a week at the gym. In the colder months I still aim to run 4-5 days per week and keep the weight rotation in. Keeping active helps staying positive and focused when winter can be kind of depressing!

I try to aim for 5X week for 35-40 minutes but sometimes skip days
