There's no quick fix on Apr 03, 2014 @ 10:19 am
I can't vouch for this product, Reductan, but I will tell you that from my own and others personal experiences, there really is no quick fix.
I'm sure you've heard this an obscene amount of times before but nothing beats a combination of healthy eating and exercise. Everyone's bodies are different so it's important to respond to how yours reacts to certain foods and lifestyles. If you are more active, DO eat more and try to shift your diet to whole foods as much as possible (i.e. no refined foods, LOTS of vegetables, fruit in moderation, protein, healthy fats etc). Weight loss comes down to 80% diet and 20% activity levels. "Abs are made in the kitchen," afterall :-)

I don't have information about this product. My best way is a sport and exercise.
Never heard of it... on Apr 07, 2014 @ 08:37 am
I lost 30 lbs by changing my eating habits. I am a carb junkie and love chocolate. By eating yogurt and healthy food and not eating at night (I was a terrible night snacker) I was able to lose it. Once I lost it I joined the gym to firm up. I never thought I would go to a gym but what a great feeling it is. Also, a great free website for fantastic exercise is fitnessblender.com It is like having a personal trainer in your house and you choose where you want to work on. I love it!

I think that this is a known product. I don't have information on how works reductan. My advice is to talk with a nutritionist. Good luck and be careful!
No Quick Fix on Apr 15, 2014 @ 03:26 pm
I have never heard of this product but in general most quick fixes do not work. Although it may work at first the issue with most of these quick fixes is as soon as you stop using the product or go off the diet you will just gain all of the weight back if not more as your body goes into starvation mode. As much as it sucks losing weight needs to be a lifestyle change.
Simple things like adding more fruits and veggies to your diet can really help as well as even a little bit of exercise. Or if you do plan to use diet find one that is more of lifestyle change over a diet. If you cannot see yourself eating this way life (is no carbs) the diet will not work.

Wow thanks for the inspiration. I gained 80 lbs after they put me on steroids during a 4years illness and have been getting discouraged.

I try to eat healthy, but for now without result. I don't have free time for sport!
Be careful on Apr 16, 2014 @ 01:05 pm
I would be careful using any weight loss product, at some point you always have to go back to real life and regular eating. Weightloss has to be a lifestyle change and activity has to be a part of that. You say you don't have time for sport but it does not have to be organized sport just activity. If you want it bad enough there is somewhere in your life you can make that change. Good luck!

One thing that has worked for me is the Paleo diet. I have lost more weight on this than any other diet.

My opinion on reductan is very good. I used reductan, for 60 days I lost 8 kg of my weight. Never before I cannot achieve a similar result!
