I've heard a lot of people starting juice cleanses as of late, whether that means throwing together some water/lemon/cayenne pepper from your cupboards or investing a weeks pay cheque for one of those fancy shmancy juice cleanses (I will shamelessly admit that I tried GreenHouse Juice's this past weekend at Toronto's yoga show and was seriously impressed by how pure and strong the flavours were).
All that aside, what's your take on them? Have you done one - if so, how did you feel? I can't imagine NOT eating for days straight.

Most places will charge you aroun $50 a day for 6 bottle of juice (different bottle), and they recomment 3-10 days usually. I have tried some juices, and most are good tasting wise and I could see the benefit of this, however, you have to be careful when doing it because you are really depleting your body of calories and other nutrients and protein.
