This is what friend google says :) I usually drink warm lemon water in the morning. I knew it has benefits but I didnt know that theres this many :)

wow thank you so much i am going to start doing this!! i love my coffee in the morning but really need a better boost!! hope it will help my arthritis too!! it seems that there are many ways this will benefit me!!!!

I drink lemon water all the time I also add lime, oranges and even grapefruit it really helps you not crave for sugary drinks like soda or juices. I use a infuser keep it in the fridge and drink water all day long from it helps you to drink more water also and as Grieta posted the health benefits a phenomenal.

Something else to try is some warm lemon water with just a little bit of unpasteurized honey. It is so soothing with the warmth and the added honey adds even more health benefits

i am going to drink this in the morning and see if i feel better. im going to use my distilled water though as i have alot of it and it stays on the counter so its kinda warmish...i use hot lemon water and honey when im feeling sick.. its good with a lil ginger too. thanks for your input ladies!!

I love lemon water, but I found that I can't drink it close to when I am going to bed because it causes me acid reflux. But I drink it in the day sometimes! :) I also like to put blueberries or strawberries in my water too for extra flavour and health

I've been drinking lemon water for sometime now, in the morning & I've noticed a difference.
