I was wondering if anyone can suggest a natural option for menstrual cramps. I'm trying to stay away from over-the-counter drugs.

There's another thread with many suggestions about this.

Peppermint Oil and Hot Water Bag on Oct 15, 2014 @ 11:57 pm

I rub peppermint oil to my lower abdomen and apply a hot water bag. I find this helps with my cramps.

Look up evening primrose oil. I took it when I was younger, but my cramps were too severe to not take prescription meds. Evening primrose oil has been recommended for years. Also try a heating pad or hot water bottle. Was always a huge help for me.
