Just curious, have any of you quit smoking and are now vaping? It is much better for your health.

My fiancé "quit smoking" and is using the vape. I've decided not to replace my filthy habit with another habit albeit "safer" as there is not enough research for me to be satisfied that it is safer. I am still just trying to lower the number of smokes I have until I cease to smoke. Good luck to those who are trying!

I do smoke yes, I have considered turning to vaping but it seems the studies are so up and down. I have quit quite a few times I just lack the will to keep it that way. I thought with vaping it would make the transition easier. I have not switched as of yet though.

My husband has gone 8 days without a cigarette yay him! He replaced it with vaping. I'm not doing as well. I wear a patch or vape and still have a few cigarettes during the day. I'm a stress smoker for sure and it's so incredibly hard this time. I know I can do it ... just have to persevere.
Good luck to all of you who are quitting.

Ive tried quitting 9 times.each a fail.chewed nicotine gum for over a year and got addicted to that.ive tried vaping ,cold turkey.im a stress smoker.my life is a constant 24/7 stressfull.gum or vaping did not take any edge off for me.i have a hard time concentrating and eating and become depressed.once when I was vaping I left the cap off of the oil and it was on top of my dresser.the oil from the rim around the cap ate through the wood on my dresser.it was like a burnt ring.i don't know if its any better than smoking.need long time studies.also everyone I have known that uses vaping never stops.few years later they are still vaping.not smoking though

I quit cold turkey after 10 years. I just changed my routine and that really helped. Like not drinking beer as that triggered my smoking. I never vaped as I heard bad things about it.
