I just saw this on the news. Apparently women who eat red meat more than 5 times per week have an over 40% greater chance of getting breast cancer than those who eat less. It's because of the hormones found in red meat. Aside from cutting down your intake, eating organic red meat is the best way to reduce your risk as you won't be eating the hormones.
