Have you seen those Reebok 'Toning Shoes'?
They promised to "increase strength by 11-28% in your calves, legs, and butt muscles compared to exercising in regular old shoes". Except these promises came from out of nowhere- they were total fiction and based on no science. As a result, Reebok now must pay "$25 Million in refunds to consumers who bought their various toning shoe products".
Wow! Did you purchase these shoes or similar toning products? Did they work for you or did you notice any difference?
