I make my own at home: half cup orange juice, frozen berries, half a banana, a third cup vanilla or fruit flavoured yogurt and a couple teaspoons of honey. Throw this concoction in a single serve blender and blend for 30 to 60 seconds.

I make one every day for work. 1/2 c of Kefir Milk (plain), 1/2 c of Greek yogurt ( mix it up...lately I've been going with power fruit Icelandic yogurt), 1 stevia packet, a couple TBSP of raw hemp seeds then fill the rest of my Magic Bullet up with frozen fruit. (My fave is either blueberry/strawberry...or a tropical blend of papaya, mango, pineapple and raspberry) I throw it in the freezer over night...then it slowly melts, and I have a cold smoothie for the whole morning at work. It really keeps the munchies away.
