So Many Health Issues

Im so tired of having so many health issues,

The health issues I got are

- Partial Agenesis Of The Corpus Callosum
- Cataplexy
- Narcolepsy
- Morbid Obesity
- Anxiety And Panic Attacks
- Depression
- Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
- Acid Reflux
- Gal Stones
- Short Term Memory

And I think I might be Bi-Polar Or Borderline Personality Disorder,
Cause my emotions are so messed up, one minute i can be really happy and then I can turn really angry or sad very quick. Im very depressed and negative all the time, I also can't ever seem to make up my mind or I regret my decision later. Im very forgetful as well. Im gonna be going to see a therapist so I can find out whats going on.

Anybody else have a lot of issues like me? Or if anyone has any advice or tips they can give me that would be helpful that would be great.

I can't imagine what you are going through it must be very hard for you on a day to day basis. But you are a very smart girl to at least to be trying to get help for your health issues. It does not mater what size you are all sizes are beautiful. No one is perfect and every one has health issues of some kind. Yours might be overwhelming and seem to be intolerable but get help, I hope you have good family support because depression is a Real and there are many people going through what you are going through know your not alone in this. I think it is a great idea for you to see a doctor or a therapist to give you a proper diagnosis and maybe get you on the proper medications that can help you. Hi. I'm sorry to hear you're going through all this. Believe me, I know some of what you are talking about. I too suffer from depression and panic attacks, plus other heart related issues. I think going to a therapist is a great idea. They are very helpful and will try to get to the root of your problems. Good luck to you. I will be thinking of you. I'm always around to talk. Sorry to hear you have so many issues. I know a few people who have some of the issues you listed. They all benefited by seeing a therapist.

I can tell you this, because this is what I was told. Make sure the therapist you find is someone you can be comfortable with and trust. This might not be apparent in the first session but you should know by your fourth session if this is the person you need. If not, ask for a referral to someone else. Your therapist will be an important person in your life and you need to make sure it is someone you can rely on.
