It's been 3 weeks for me feeling super tired ,I do take multivitamins but I feel like I haven't slept ,I even went for blood work and everything came back fine.I wonder if it has anything to due with winter and maybe not getting enough sun

Ah that's awful! Is this a new feeling or an old one?
It could be the food you're eating (maybe something that gives you more energy at breakfast) or sometimes exercising (jogging, a zumba class, yoga, etc.) in the morning will give you that nice boost of energy. Food and exercising always gives me energy! Without taking the caffeine route...

I know everyone says this and it can be annoying but exercise! When I was pregnant I had 0 energy level literally and I had no interest in exercising but anytime my husband would push me to go for a hike I would be tired physically but feel more awake mentally and energized. Also, chocolate energy tea at bulk barn. It's loose leaf and way cheaper than places like DavidsTea.

Sigh I knew I'd have to work exercise into my regime I've read and have had enough people tell me that exercise is the ticket I'm just so lazy haha double edged sword for sure
