I just book the book by naturopath Dr. Natasha Turner called The Hormone Diet. In the book, she argues that the reason we can't lose weight has nothing to do with our diets but rather to do with the hormone imbalances in our bodies! She says before we can see results, we need to balance our hormones and go from there. It seems logical to me. I'm just wondering if there is anyone who has read the book and tried her suggestions and if it worked for you!

I have her book, read it and love it. It's a great source of information but I don't think it is THE answer to weight loss (in this case). It is something to keep in mind. I believe for health in general you have to take everything into consideration: hormones, stress, lifestyle, diet, etc... It is a wonderful book however...
