Hello, I just had something i wanted to discuss here. I suffer from not having enough energy and feeling sluggish and fatigued all day even if I get a full 7-8-9 hours of sleep! I have tried taking multi-vitamins and such but dont seem to work. Ive also taken iron supplements thinking maybe my iron was low but they dont seem to do much but give me an upset stomach. Does anyone know some good remedies to get some good energy throughout the day? I was considering taking some vitamin D or C supplements and see if that works... Thanks :)

Did you ever have your blood checked? Maybe the doctor could help.

Try adding to your diet:
- Siberian Ginseng
- A multi-vitamin

Hmm those sound like good ideas thank you :) I def wanna try some B12 supplements to see if those help.
Has anyone tried them and do they work well?
