Walking/jogging routes in Toronto

Hello ladies

I am looking for some suggestions for some great trails or even routes that you enjoy that would make for a good jog.

Looking in Toronto, but if you have cool suggestions, post please! Other people I am sure are getting ready to be outdoors more for their workouts.

I am looking for a good route anywhere from Eglinton East and North from there.

Scenic, safe, and maybe around 5 K?

Thanks!

I don't live around there so I can't help you out with this. I do want to tell you good for you getting out there like that. Keep up the good work and good luck finding a nice place to jog.

Cedarvale Park on Mar 22, 2012 @ 09:19 am

I went to Arlington Middle School here in Toronto which over looks Cedarvale Park- a big ravine. They used to make us run laps around the ravine and I hated it! Now, I make a point to travel up there to run laps on my own. It's a really pretty park and it's pretty well located with an entrance near the Forest Hill Loblaws.

High Park and Lakeshore on Mar 22, 2012 @ 02:24 pm

I know it's not near you, but I enjoy running/jogging in high park. I love it there and usually walk there and back from my place. I also enjoy running/jogging along the Lakeshore and do this as often as possible. Another great route!

All good ideas, I am definitely going to figure out your route @alexjc, that sounds perfect!

I will have to make a point to take trip to high park just 'cuz!

Thanks @takoda, just trying to enjoy this awesome weather as much as possible, and if it means throwing in a little exercise? Well two for one! ;)
