|Could be the weather. on Sep 30, 2015 @ 09:54 pm|
I have been experiencing the same symptoms as you and I think it has to do with the weather because it's getting colder so your body notices it too and you get more tired and sore. I actually am getting shin splints because of the changes in the weather. My tips are just to exercise and get enough sleep that helps give you more energy.
And if everything checked out fine I wouldn't be worried! Plus you aren't the only one feeling like this.

It sounds lick you might be lacking vitamins I agree with sandrusia vitamin B12 really does work for me. Also maybe extra iron, a good multi vitamin and eating healthy. Hope you feel better.

Vitamins make such a huge difference!!!
Check your vitamins get blood work done
Something as simple as vitamin b12 or vitamin d or anything can throw your body off balance

It could also be stress, which can wreak havoc on our bodies. You seem to be describing symptoms that are also associated with anxiety. Is there anything stressful happening in your life right now? Our mental health can affect our bodies in ways we never imagined, so please speak to a doctor or someone close to you if you feel this is where it's stemming from.
Another thing I thought of was food allergies or intolerance to certain foods such as wheat or dairy. Again, something to think about and research...

If by next week you're still exhibiting these symptoms, a trip to the doctor may alleviate some of your concerns. If you are eating a well balanced diet, this is also important.Could be any number of things, but a doctor can check out your blood sugar level, see if you have an iron deficiency etc. In the meantime please do get some sleep. Sometimes when people get too rundown they can even contact mononucleosis, which by the way can be very painful. Not trying to worry you as this most likely is not the case. Are you by any chance experiencing loss of appetite? Also, headaches could be explained if you are stressed, and most of us do have occasional insomnia.

I hope your October month changes your symptoms and you get better!!
Definitely a doctor's visit would be best bet too!
|Exercise on Oct 29, 2015 @ 10:50 am|
I find getting regular exercise really helps boost my energy levels too. After a month of regular exercise I have waaaaay more energy.

be low iron too...
....would be worth getting some bloodwork done...taking vitamins if you don't need them makes for a very expensive pee...and some when taken in excess can actually cause harm
