I love my bootcamp. An hour long high intensity class that works with all your muscle groups.
For rest day I prefer bootcamp yoga - fast pace, medium intensity workout with some stretches.

I love it, and forget if you can dance or not, you will learn!

Yoga is super relaxing and nice after a long stressful day. It helps you get to know your body more and connect with the inner you!
Pilates is a lot of fun, the Pilates I do is kind of a mix of cardio and muscle toning. It's a great workout, only 25 minutes long but a great workout to lose weight!

Generally I love running outdoors, even in the winter. Rollerblading or cycling are also favourites, as well as team sports when the occasion arises.
Indoors I love kickboxing, hot yoga, and group weightlifting (specifically Les Mills Body Pump). I have enjoyed Zumba in the past, but eventually I found it didn't give me the serious workout I was looking for. Zumba is fantastic for a light, sustained workout especially for people new to exercise or coming back after a long time away from organized workouts.

I absolutely love trampolining! It's much more than just bouncing on a trampoline. Places like SkyZone have specific exercise classes that involve the trampoline and high intensity interval training sessions. They really make you sweat, and work muscles that you normally don't as much. Ttrust me, your back will feel it!

I love to walk my dogs. There is a great trail right by my home that is awesome, my second favorite is swimming aerobics and third is Yoga.

My favorite exercise is eating chocolate! Ha ha. No really, it is taking Earnie for walks on our property. I don't know how to swim and never want to. I'm deathly afraid of water like that. I like to do stretching exercises or use my late grandfathers dumbbells that he used every day into his 80's. I'm thinking about Yoga, but have to wait for doctor's okay. Ginger.
