Wieght Loss

on Oct 24, 2015 @ 01:39 am

I am trying to get my pre baby body back and want some advice on diet, work out, supplements or shakes, daily activities I can do. Cant afford to actually go to a gym and want to tone mainly my tummy, butt and thighs and want to lose up to 20 pounds is my goal. Any suggestions ?

Beachbody workouts - there are SO many 30 minute ones that you'll have no excuses and will be able to stay motivated to stay on track.

I've done P90X3, T25, Insanity Max30, 21 Day Fix Extreme, and have started a mix of 21 Day Fix and Cize (again, as I had an accident and had to take 6 weeks off working out 3 weeks into the first round I tried this - just started back up yesterday - sore arms - I love it!).

Also if you keep track of your eating habits, you can also even out your nutrition levels a little bit. I use MyFitnessPal and it's pretty effective at making me say yay or nay to that extra snack or a richer meal. It basically forces you to be accountable for your eating habits.

The only supplements I take would be Gatorade while we're cycling or after a workout, but that's about it. For extra Protein, I try my best to eat more hard boiled eggs, and have meat with lunch and dinner (chicken, ground beef, etc.).

Good luck in your adventure to a healthier lifestyle!

This is a really good diet and it pretty much teaches you how to proporly eat so when the diet is done you do not gain it all back. Foods are great and really easy to follow.. I highly recommend it!

I agree with Crystaljam. I love the Beach Body workouts. They are so easy to do from home. I am currently doing PiYo and Love it!! I also use My Fitness Pal to log my food. I use Progressive Nutrition VegEssential protein powder in my shakes in the morning. Keeps me full

I 100% agree with sjm79...it's a wonderful eating program. Lots of good healthy food, and minimal hunger.

I do Pop Sugar Fitness videos everyday. There is videos from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes and 40 minutes on there. I always get at least 50 minutes of exercise everyday.
I also am using an app called My Fitness Pal to log in what I eat everyday and I also log my workouts into it as well. It's super helpful because it tells you how many calories you are aloud in a day, etc.
Also another fun thing to do for weightloss is Zumba!
