Since winter is nearly upon us what do you make aside from the usual stews? I think winter time calls for more substantial suppers to give our bodies iron etc. To many it's gross, but my best and favourite is the standard liver and onions.My trick if kids don't like it is after it is cooked open up a can of mushroom soup (undiluted) and pour over. You WILL be surprised at the kids responses. Then you know they are eating something healthy as opposed to the usual chicken fingers.
