Does anyone have a workout regime that they follow to a t?
I do muay thai 2 days a week, every tuesday and thursday night, with my son. I have to go or I feel incomplete. I also do muay thai technique training threw out the week, before that was crossfit, which is implemented into my muay thai routine.
What about you? Are their specifics? or as you go?

I do 3 separate youtube work out routines, which ads up to about 30 min of excersize every few days, after which i am sufficiently sore to feel accomplished. Youtube is very handy for these things because you can find free routines from trainers targeting specific areas you need to work on, and you can always switch it up between different routines.
