If your breasts are engorged and sore, apply warm compresses (facecloth) to feel better. Important to not is the fact that heat aids in milk flow

I didn't find it worked for me . This is why before I gave birth I bought a manual breast pump ! I had all my basis covered and also I could carry my pump if we went out and I couldn't do the warm compress

Dr also told me use my breast milk on my nipples
Air them out for one hr
And use a nipple cream
That helps
