Conceiving

Hello ladies!

I am wondering if anyone has any tips on conceiving!  I have been trying (although probably not as rigorous as possible - in the sense that I don't measure my temperature, etc).

Have any of you done anything above and beyond and had it work for you?  Just curious!  :)

I went to a fertility clinic and after just the first month of observation to figure out exactly when I ovulated I got pregnant. My cycle is very long so it was very hard to track and plan sex around.

First thing, determine when you ovulate so you will have the optimum time to become pregnant. There are other factors that could impede the process though. Worry, tenseness, nerves can all set your body into motion not to conceive. Sounds weird yes, but it can happen. The secret is to relax, enjoy and not be so keyed up and then it will happen when you least expect it.

Determine your ovulation days! Plan sex around them.

Figure out ovulation! And have sex as often as possible! Every day if you can! Good luck!

I agree you DO need to know when you are ovulating, BUT you DONT need to go to a clinic. There are a couple really good apps now.

they calculate your menstrual cycle, after 2 cycles it will start having more accurate predictions so the more you input your days of when you get your period the more its accurate.

also it tells you when are the highest days of fertility level ( ovulation ) try them out :

CLUE ( image is a whole bunch of circles in a form of a flower haha)
My period calendar ( the image is like a flower in a lil calendar )

ps. hope my descriptions are easy and hope this helps !

it worked for me, but iunfortunately i miscarried :(

Good luck!! Kids are joy! But I'm too young to have kids right now. From what I know, you are most fertile when you are ovulating, so what you need to do now is figure out when you ovulate and go on from there!
