We all love to go out and buy maternity clothes and it's wonderful. This is just an idea, just buy or borrow from someone large shirts, track pants etc. This will give you more money for baby or something else. I did this, and I know lots who have, and are today

My friends just swapped clothes with one another. The money they saved, they used it on the nursery.

I am pregnant with my 6th so maternity clothes are a must for me. I usually shop the sales and get $40 pants for $10. Maxi dresses can be worn throughout pregnancy too and are usually pretty cheap. They can be worn post partum too.

You may or may not like this idea but.... Each time I was pregnant I used my husband's and brother's tops, track pants and seaters and it saved money and I was comfortable. At night time I had the choice of several roomy button shirts. I did buy items for dressy times and going out in public, but you will be surprised at how much you can save and you make people happy when you ask them to borrow things.

I was lucky in that I never go overly large for some reason and got away with wearing many of my current stretchier tops and dresses and maxi dresses. I found thrift stores a great and very inexpensive way to get bigger/maternity clothes.
