Probiotic for breastfeeding and infants

What brands would you recommend for probiotic supplements to take while breastfeeding and to give baby? I'm looking online and there are a few recommended ones, but they seem to be pretty pricey. I'm hoping someone can suggest something a little cheaper and whatever they find works for them. I detest yogurt, so that would be why I'm looking for a pill I can just swallow.

The best place to find out what you require is from a doctor.Sometimes, you can get a prescription instead of paying over counter big bucks.

I used BioGaia, on my pediatricians recommendation. It was kept behind the pharmacy desk in a fridge. It's not a prescription and as far as I know, you only get it over the counter not by prescription. It was really helpful. She was very sensitive to lactose that I ate and passed through in my breastmilk and other things I was having difficulty pinpointing and so was the doctor. She was also a bit colicky. These also helped with reflux a bit. Overall, it was really helpful to my bay - her tummy was calmer, stool was better and she was happier.

Also tried these, but for my baby they didn't work as well. Not sure why.
