My baby was a 36 weeker and stayed in the NICU for 21 days. I couldn't be more proud of my princess! Anyone else on here have a NICU baby?

Yes, but for a different reason. My daughter was 7 lbs. 11 oz. when she was born, but inhaled Meconium during birth :( She spent a week in the NICU and was a giant baby in comparison to some of the others. Sending you happy thoughts for you and your baby, the best is yet to be :)

My boy was born at 35 weeks and spent 14 days in the NICU. He was so small they kept him there until he got a bit bigger. What a trooper and what an amazing experience. The nurses who work at the NICU are amazing and so caring they made having a preemie so much easier. Now at 5 months you'd never know my chunky little baby was only 3lbs at birth!

My son Liam was born at 32 weeks plus 4 last August at 3lbs, 11oz. Spent 32 days in the NICU here in Edmonton ... it was a long, long month but such a positive experience and the nurses were great. He's growing like a weed now and super happy and healthy!

my lil man was born 6 weeks early, weighing only 3 lbs, emergency c section due to placental abruption from pre eclampsia, we almost didn't make it!, I was kept in for 2 weeks, he was in for 3 weeks. He arrived on the day that was supposed to be his baby shower, so we missed that! but now hes 3 years old and a whopping 43lbs!! I couldn't be more proud of my little survivor <3
