If you missed the Republican National Convention on TV last night, you also missed a rather rambling ditty by surprise guest speaker Clint Eastwood. It took everyone a few minutes to get the joke, but he was talking to an empty chair (which presumably was occupied by an invisible Barack Obama).
Heads were scratched over that speech, but attention quickly shifted straight to the chair itself which now has its own Twitter account (http://twitter.com/InvisibleObama) with 49,424 followers and counting. Not bad for the first 12 hours or so.
It's also spawned a new form of posing. You may remember our antics last summer with Horsemaning, Storking, and whatnot? Well, this is #Eastwooding.
