I live pretty close to the water,as a matter of fact,Newfoundland is surrounded by water.During the winter time we get a lot of Icebergs just outside the narrows where ships come in to port.According to some of my friends who checked it out said, there is a lot of Icebergs out there. This means that depending which way the wind blows,we get the cold air off the Bergs and that is what makes it cold sometimes. This is what I call ,Mother Nature at her Best.

Oh mother nature!
I really want to go to Nfld when icebergs are visible. Last time I went too early. Its such natures miracle.
P.s. My friend that lives there gave me a piece of iceberg for my wine :) It was pretty awesome. She had a big piece saved in her freezer :)

Mother nature is incredible. So is NL! It is one of my favourite provinces to visit. I've yet to see an iceberg though. The last time I was in Twillingate, the icebergs were stuck up in St. Anthony. Unfortunately I haven't been back since that trip to see one!
