Have you heard about Jonah Mowry and the video he made?
If you haven't seen it yet, please do over here.
Jonah says made the video after being bullied and teased constantly, he was incredibly unhappy and was suicidal. In the very emotional video, Jonah talks about his experience being bullied and about how hard this was for him.
The video went viral and people everywhere have been congratulating him on his bravery and for delivering such a powerful message.
(BTW- he says he is in a much better place now)
There has been some discussion over whether or not this is fake or not. And some people have even made parody videos!
This seems in ill taste to me- I can't comment on the realness of the video but I can say that even if it was- the message still stands and can still help people- isn't that what is most important?
What do you think? What are your thoughts on bullying?

I added the same video last night. Its all over fb right now. As to it being fake...its not the point. Many kids feel this way, and I truly believe you can feel the emotions in his face, he is hur by this. If it is fake he is a great actor.
Bully is an ongoing issue that need to stop. I believe kids need to be better educated on bullying. The need to understand empathy and the consequence of their actions. I believe this needs to be taught at a young age, to prevent bullying.
Victims need to trust that whn the speak up it will change. It may not, unfortunately and could potentially get worse, but keeping quiet will not doing anything to stop it. The schools policys need to change as well. There needs to be a zero tolerance to this behaviour.
It just needs to stop, it is so unnecessary!!!

I have seen this video...it IS very effective and touching. However, he did make a 'reply' video later in regards to people stating it was fake and personally, his attitude and the way he carried himself in this reply video kind of made me change my view. Although it is still a sad issue and I feel for him, he didnt handle it properly and actually made me a bit angry as he came off way too cocky.
