MTV star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is currently in labor with her first child with fiance Jionni LaValle.A source close to the Jersey Shore and Snooki & JWoww star confirms to Celebuzz that the 24-year-old is at a New Jersey hospital, as first reported by TMZ. The couple are having a boy who they have said they’re naming Lorenzo LaValle.
