Labrador is suppose to get 15-25cm of snow starting tonight.Just when you think you can breath.I have my fingers ,eyes, and toes crossed that it won't come this way.It has been really nice here this past couple of days, mind you not record breaking Temperatures ,only 12 or maybe 8degrees but at least the sun has been shining. For one day we had 19degrees out, don't know where that came from but,we'll take it anyway. I feel bad for them.Maybe it will go as fast as it comes down.Labrador is a part of Newfoundland so that is why I feel for them.It wouldn't even surprise me if we had another one because, our weather is all over the place this time in the year.I wonder if there is any Labradoriens on this site?

I can't imagine welcoming winter again after being spoiled with the warm and balmy spring weather. I certainly feel for them. It's a beautiful part of the country but come May the warm weather should be reaching too.

I never thought I'd be able to get a tan again in Nova Scotia - but the snow has stopped and the weather is beautiful. I hope Labrador gets the same soon!!

Oh goodness gracious! Angelwingsx2, I can't imagine snow right now. It's 85 degrees here in Georgia in the US. I'm about to burn up. It rained a little yesterday, but it's so muggy and humid. I'm saying a prayer for all of you that warmer weather is on it's way soon! In your part of the country, what is the hottest temperature it usually gets in the Summer? I'm just curious, it can get about 101 here. I hope you get warmer weather soon. Please stay inside where it's warm and take care!! Ginger.

This past weekend the weather reached 118 degrees Fahrenheit on my deck. It was unbearably hot and humid. There a quite a few days like that during the summer. Most days are in the high 30s to mid 40s Celsius. Shade is important as well as having access to water. Heat waves are quite common and you have to be careful and be prepared; especially young children, the elderly and asthma sufferers. Thankfully there are balmy days to offset the humid ones. Georgia summers sound quite like our summers here in Canada.
Have a lovely evening big sister! ;-)
