Not much going on here only, our Government is saying that we are two Billion Dollars in debt, and asking everyone for any ideas to cut the deficit without people loosing work and increasing taxes.I think myself they should start laying off people in the government who has about five or six pensions coming to them and don't need to work. They get too much fringe benefits and free travel and Hotel and Meal expenses free. The list can go on and on.Cut in their own corners, they make a mint each in one year. That's my opinion.

|School Shooting in Saskatchewan on Jan 22, 2016 @ 09:55 pm|
I didn't really think about people coming into my school and hurting us, because I honestly didn't think it would happen. When I was younger, I would just shrug off all of those safety drills that they school made us do, not taking them seriously. After the incident of a shooting in a school in Saskatchewan, you really start to think about how easy it is for life to be taken away.
Canada as a country is mourning the victims of this incident, and my prayers go out to everyone affected.

Today it was the shooting in Saskatchewan. So sad to hear about.

I too read about the shooting and send thoughts to all those affected. I'm from Scotland and when I was a kid there was a shooting at this primary school called Dunblane. I won't go into the details unless asked as it's pretty gruesome and in the UK gun violence (especially in schools) rarely happens.
I remember the next year at my school everyone has to buzz in and there were all sorts of security measures. I'll never forget that feeling, the end of innocence. Being older now, when I hear about things like this, the idea of what those parents and loved ones are going through chills me to the bone.
